The Sensory Skills Intermediate course advances coffee evaluation beyond the basics, covering taste and aroma physiology, diverse sensory tests, cupping session techniques, and practical tools like the SCA Flavor Wheel and WCR Sensory Lexicon.

• Physiology and sensory attributes
• Triangular testing
• Cupping session operations
• Cupping forms in use
• Setting up a sensory program
• Setting up a sensory panel
• In/out tests vs descriptive tests
• Analytical tests

Course Duration:   16 hours split into two.
