COURSE OUTLINE:
Journey from Farm to Cup

• History of coffee
• Difference between arabica & robusta
• Harvesting, processing, roasting and storage

Sensory Experience

• Introduction to cupping protocol
• Taste different coffee

Understanding Various Brewing Methods

• Manual brewing (pour over, immersion, etc.)
• Basics of espresso
